I think it's the same as for PocketPC. Wherever your shortcut file is on your phone just edit it in a notepad type editor and change the command line shortcut it points to. If it is the same as pocketpc then the number on the end of the line is the number of characters in the shortcut. But I do not know, so don't take my word for it.
