Hello Everybody,

for the musicians and old school people out there, a new MilkyTracker version has been released a few weeks ago:

MilkyTracker is great for making game music or music that takes up only very little space.
Full WAV output is also provided and the best of all: MilkyTracker is absolutely free.

Please note, this version is still beta, it might crash your device, feel free to post your bug report here.

Win32 and MacOS X versions are available too. Check out for more information.

(The original version of this song takes only 64kb, the bad quality MP3 over 2mb!!!)

Happy new year

Very cool. It seems most of the music trackers on the PPC are extremely high quality. If I had more of a paitence to use these things even on a PC, I'd definitely be buying this one too :P

There's PhoenixStudio which is the only comprable one, but there are a couple of othhers, JayTrax was big if I remember right. I bought one other one which escapes my mind at the moment, before I realized I couldn't do this stuff on a PC :P

These are not Trackers :D, they're "sequencers" and alike.

Very important difference (at least for the composers that make music with a tracker)

(But if I wouldn't know better it'd all look same to me as, well ;))
