It's not that juicy. Umm. It's something of a N00b thing...<br><br>I decided to o/c it again...b/c i'd been @180 for so long now...figured i'd try 200 one more time.<br><br>And well...i was stupid...or either that the wear and tear of o/c-ing more than once...or both...caused the negative polarity wire for the backup battery to pop out. <br>completely.<br>and of course, now the casio is ...and i quote "*poof*"<br><br>:(<br><br>if there was a means of bypassing the backup battery in the circuitry, i'd be alright I guess. that will teach me i suppose. it bites.<br>

solder it back on. I don't think you need the backup battery anyway :/ but ya solder it back on. thats not too hard, or if your a non-soldering fool ask some eletrical guy person to do it for you. I'm sure it would take them a mere minute or two. :/

I just want to know what SWITCH 20 does between the backup battery and the backlight ribbon cable. It's closer to the ribbon cable, and it's white and it looks like a trigger off a gun. Someone activate it and tell me what it does (it could bypass the backup battery... hrmm)
