Does any one know of a manufactuer of a CF Adapter that take Type II cards and the adapter fits in a Type I slot like the Jornada 54x? I want to able to purchase a Microdrive but can't because of the Type I slot in my Jornada.

i've heard of somethin like that, not sure thou. But why do that when u can get a Pretec 640 meg CF 1 card. I think that's quite enough memory. Problem is its probably 640 bucks

Ya try mailing sycard. They respond quickly but tell you a load of bs. "We don't recommend this for amatuers that have no idea what they are doing." Hello did i ever say i had no idea what i was doing. All a wanted was an f*ing price. Then they tell you to buy this this and this to test it out. Just forget it and get on with your life.

So... you tried to contact sycard? And no luck... well, that rules out that option.

i'm seriously considering buying that cf-pcmcia card thing. Just so i could try it out you know. I've got a pcmcia modem already, and if that ones not cool, i'll try another.

If you buy it, write up a review. But remember about those commas and the shift key this time.

You know, companies usually give you stuff for free when you promise a review. They did when I worked for 3DGameGear.

this is currently be discussed moose and I know for a fact you can use that CF-Extender. You just have to tell them your super smart, and its like 80 bux.
