Im think im goning to sell my ipaq on eBay and buy an @migo. My only question is what is the deal with it's battery life? Do pc cards like those datapak drives reduce battery signifigantly since the pc slot doesnt run on its own battery like the ipaq does.

well the @migo has the most powerful single battery in a PocketPC, it runs at 1550 MaH. The ipaq alone runs at 900MaH, but when you through on the pc card sleeve you are then running at 1800MaH, which makes the ipaq+sleeve a little more powerful. That is statisticly, I am not sure how efficient the ipaq is. But while the ipaq has the advantage there, you can buy a second batter(as I did) and simply switch when your batteries get low, its really quite handy. So its all a trade-off, but in my books the slimmer @migo+swapplable batteries wins.

Wow what happens if you swap batteries do you lose all the data, or can the thing keep all of its data for 5 minutes without a battrie or somthing like that?

Well don't take out your other battery when you're not near the replacement, but it has a backup battery (the hearing aid size) which will keep all your stuff for plenty of time in any normal circumstances. And the discharge from turning the unit off can slightly recharge the battery, enough to keep all your data. Just don't be dumb enough to run around without that big battery in it, even if you do think it's completely dead.

I bought a spare main battery about a month ago but I've only ever had to use it once. And then only for a few more minutes.

Speaking of @migo batteries, anyone else get the @migo backup battery patch?
I noticed it did change my backup battery percentage from 75 to 100%. I always thought that odd since the battery was brand new.
I forgot to mention...as usual...with my clumsy hands...I dropped my pocket pc. This time it was the @migo. I dropped it on the asphalt in the middle of the rain whilst in VA (another reason why I don't like that state). Good news is...still fully functional. Bad news is....i've got these rough Crougar scratches on the Top Right and Bottom right of the front casing. At least the screen remained free of damage but it sure is fugly. I had to file the scratches down a little so it wouldnt be so splintering on my fingers.
Ya know, I've never dropped any of my laptops though (knock on wood).

Well I had a heart attack at first...then...I was extremely relieved when I found that it works perfectly still. Then I was upset that I dropped it b/c of the scratches. They aren't bad, u can just tell that I dropped it.
