Transcriber?

Transcriber?

Postby RICoder » Sep 18, 2001 @ 2:19pm

I have an interesting problem.

Whenever I reboot, I get an explorer window that pops up on startup with the path c:\program files\microsoft, and the contents are only TranscriberCE.

Its not in the startup menu, so I don't know why this is happening. Perhaps it is in the Registry.

What I can't figure out is when this started. It wasn't when I installed Transcriber. I think it was after I installed Norton System Works, and ran WinDoctor...but I am not sure.

Anyone else have this issue?

Start | Run | 'msconfig'
But why the fuk did you install anything by Norton. Those programs completely hijack your computer like the sand-eating terrorists who hijacked those planes!

Err...I am running W2K, so there is no such thing as msconfig. But thanks.

As to why I have Norton, well it is part of the SMS packages that run on all of our machines here. Speed Disk and AntiVirus are great, but that WinDoctor needs to be worked on a bit.
