i riceved this message:<br>Quake Error<br>W_loadWadFile:couldn't load gfx.wad<br>where is gfx.wad<br>excuse-me but i'm italian

I have downloaded Pak.Pak.gz put it in the same directory as quake and I get the same message <br><br>Help

oh god, okay i'm gonna be polite:<br><br>put the pak file in the folder 'id1' INSIDE the quake directory. make sure gx.dll is in the windows folder. make sure you have about 7-8mb of free program memory.<br><br>i think thats it.<br>

i am. i'm even making up a load of screenshots to show 'em how to get it all setup, use mods, use the console etc etc
