CF: Compact Flash, used for large amounts of memory and some expansion devices such as LAN or Modem cards, GPS devices, and many more things.

SD: SanDisk, purely for smaller amounts of memory.

Bluetooth: a wireless type of connectivity for use with desktop or laptop computers, mobile phones, other PDA's, and wireless networks. Other devices must have this bluetooth technology as well in order for your device to be able to connect to it. There are few bluetooth cellular phones available, but with this you could transfer contacts to and from the phone or go online wirelessly. It could also be used to sync with your computer without the need for a cradle.

Compact Flash (CF) is probably the most useful and widely available of these three technologies.

SanDisk is acutally a manufacturer of memory cards

SD stands for Secure Digital

It would take to long to totally describe the idea behind SD, but in short, it makes it possible to have hardware copyright protection for digital media (mp3s, CD tracks, videos etc)
