Firmware and SP1 updates for HP Jornada 56x

Has anyone else had problems installing these? I keep getting insuficient memory errors, which is not ture. I have more than the required amount available.

Well, the word is that HP recommends performing a backup followed by a hard reset before installing the firmware followed by SP1. ah, joie de la vie!!

I'm so glad they posted instructions online /sarcasm.

Huh. Crazy. I'm the proud owner of a 567, and I had no problems installing the updates, and didn't even do any sort of backup beforehand... :)
