When you use the landscape modus 320 x 176 you must use in Vitual Dub decimate by 12 (half frames,is defently enough) because the Casio does not have enough power for all Framerats.
Video about 200 kb/s
Audio 32 kb/s

use the video filter "rotate" in virtualdub.
Another peice of information: the next version of pocketdivx has huge improvements for the EM500/E125 devices... so, just letting you know

From where do you have the information that there is a newer Player comming?
I have seen on the home.adalphine site that there is a newer version but has no speed increase only a newer skin and a very little ohther things.
Is the new Divx Player comming out in the near future?

I've been talking to Marc recently, and he notified me that there have been lots of optimizations for the MIPS core... so yay!
It'll be released as 0.8b when it comes out on his site.. not sure when
