Well, that occured to me...then I said 'Hey, CompUSA has screwed me SOOOOO many times...maybe I can get a new one.'

So, I went back with no reciept, but I had the box with a price tag on it.

They gave me a NEW ONE! A BRAND NEW BOX!!! Only thing is, I fogot to put the cradle in the old box, so now I have 2. I feel guilty. ;)

chriva, the advice is good anyway.

I soft reset: nothing.
I hard reset (E200=Reset+power): Nothing.
I yanked the batteries (backup too) for 8 hours: Nothing.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

But, I have a new one. :)

Well, I poked around some, and went to casio's site. Mostly, I was curious if I had really overwrote my flash rom. Turns out that the second download down was one to enhance safety from doing EXACTLY what I did!!!
