WHAT? While we do occasionally get things first, with regards to the products you mention, I'm constantly asking the opposite question. However, one of the few markets that we don't trail behind the rest of the world in, is the mobile phone market, and PPCs & Symbian devices fall into a very closely-linked 'mobile devices' section. Therfore it makes sense to release devices such as Symbian smartphones, etc in countries where applicable technology is used i.e GPRS, etc. There wouldn't be much point in enabling the technology in countries where analogue networks are still in widespread use, and so the main features of the platform would be unusable. Just my opinion.
