From what I understand, there is no free way. Most free services uses banner adds and PIE does not support those. However, most ISP's can be used with PIE. I personally use Earthlink with mine and have had no troubles. Check with your ISP for details.

In England, you dial up an ISP using an 0800 (free) number. You still get charged if you're on a mobile, though.

The only one I've found that doesn't work is BT. To be fair, I doubt any ISP would want to pay for incoming calls from mobile phones!

On another note, apparently BT is planning to sue the internet in general. It appears that hyperlink technology belongs to them and they hold the patent for it.
Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."

i use a UK freeserve account, thats an 0845 number. dialling 0800 numbers is annoying on vodaphone because it has a badly recorded message saying that you will be charged every time.
Why?
