What divx player do you use.
Is the audio from the start or somewhere in the middle or end out off synch.

Some peopleßs have said that with the newest player v0.8b or v0.8c with the new file reader they have synch problems.
I use v0.8a and it work´s fine or the mips version ND52 of the player (alpha version)
I use mpeg layer III codec from fraunhofer institut and 32 kb/s mono and 220500 hz.

In Virtual Dub you can change interlaving audio an d set the ms.

ok, thanks for all those ideas...I'm going to try a couple of things to see if I can get it to work.

In the meantime, I encoded in *.wmf format and got a very good file, good quality and no sync problem...

I'll see if I can take your suggestions and make the divx work.

I have the most recent pocket divx player: .8c can you link me to .8a?
