Only Pocket PC 2002 devices support the extra ROM space. It cannot be increased. It is exposed as a non-removable Storage Card. Thus you can simply move files into it just as you would to a regular Storage Card or any other directory on your Pocket PC. You can use a program like to "check" the ROM space, and determine specifics such as the total, free and used space of the ROM space. Just tap-hold on the directory and hit Properties.
