Looking for Car Adapter/Mount/FM Transmitter

When I was originally looking around trying to decide what I wanted, I saw an awesome accessory. It was a car adapter. It plugged into your car power socket, held the PDA up facing forward (in its mounting), and ALSO transmitted music and sound via an FM transmitter. This meant that I could load MP3's onto the PocketPC, broadcast them, and tune them in via my car's VM reciever.
Unfortunately . . . I didn't bookmark it, and am DYING for this. I have no plans on buying another MP3 player when I've got a perfectly capable (and already expensive) PocketPC right now, so all assistance is appreciated.
