how to go online with cradle?

hey guys, i just bought an ipaq
is it possible to go online or join a local area network by using the cradle of my ipaq?

i have PocketPC 2000.. i only see under the connections tab:
Avantgo Connect, Modem, Network, PC..
where do i have to look? In Network and PC there is no such checkbox as: This network connects to the internet".
maybe i should upgrade to pocketpc2002?

do you mean:
Allow network (Ethernet) and Remote Access Service (RAS)
server connection with this desktop computer.
in Active Sync on your PC? it's turned on and the status indicates: Network is available..
but still doesnt work. maybe it's because i'm connected using USB?

i finally found the help :)
Note The ability to use ActiveSync to pass through this computer is only supported on Windows Powered Pocket PC 2002.
damn, i guess i should upgrade to PPC2002
