But I doubt you will find "sound themes." If you go into Windows CE's settings, you can change the sounds for start up, stylus taps, warning messeges, syncing, etc. These can be replaced with .wav files. Look around the web for regular Windows 95, 98,2000,etc. themes, and use the .wav files in them.
