Argentum Freeze

On my Jornada 568, Argentum freezes on the "Loading..." screen when I begin the first mission. I have 13mb free memory, too, and I've tried it numerous times with resetting. Anyone have any ideas?

so solly

The same thing happenes with the iPaq 3800 series. If it's installed on a storage card, I'd try moving it to main memory. Also, try disabling music & sound FX. Finally, a soft reset always does wonders

Done, done, and done.

By the way, I don't understand why people reply saying "sorry, I can't help you." That always puzzled me.

I've turned off all fx and soft reset and it's on main memory. I'll try reinstalling, but with ppc that doesn't seem to work as well as with Windows.

microshit -> micromedium

That's because Microshit got upgraded to Micromedium when it put some NT structure into the OS. :roll:

(I just keep elaborating on this Microshit thing, don't I. :lol: )

Microshit is the lamest excuse for a dis I've ever heard, and one of my friends' favorite insult is "Oh yeah, well your name's _____!"

Just say either Tosh or Bunnyface. :wink:

1) NEVER call him Bunnyface again
2) There's something on the web called "privacy"

Um, the PERSON who shall NOT remain nameless (ahem, TOSH) probably won't give shit.

Okay unless I'm mistaken I posted this for some help, not for people to argue on. :wink:

sandmann, i get the same behavior on my device as well. I noticed it normally follows if I skip the intro. Loading an autosaved game would work fine. I still have no clue either besides first performing a soft reset before playing the game. (which seems highly counter-intuitive to me.)

As I said above, it's a hardware error that will be fixed in the next update
