I don't know if this is allready on the forum, I did a search and couln't find it, so here it goes:
(taken from www.bostonpocketpc.com)

Macromedia has made the Macromedia Flash Player 4 for Pocket PC Developer Release available for developers who are still testing content or using a Compaq iPaq or HP Jornada Pocket PC. Download the Flash Player 4 for Pocket PC Developer Release here: http://www.macromedia.com/bin/pc_flash.cgi

Next download The Macromedia Flash Player 5 for Pocket PC 2002 available from http://www.mycasio.com (you will need to register in order to get this download). It is called the FLASH5 Player for the Casio BE-200

Note:
"This installer will only work with the Casio E-200. It will not work with Pocket PC devices from other manufacturers."The installer doesn't work, nor does the CAB file. It will just say "installation failed" if you try it on anything else.

Here is where it takes a little creativity...

Use WINZIP(or any other compression utility) to open the E-200_FLASH_Install.EXE

and extract the 0swflash.001 file,

and rename to MacromediaFlashPlayer.dll.

Now, connect to you PC via ActiveSync, and rename the current MacromediaFlashPlayer.dll to Flash4.dll, and now manually copy the new DLL to the WINDOWS directory.

No soft-reset is required. It will now work in Pocket IE.

Try it out IE on a Flash 5 site and there ya go...

Now we just have to wait until someone makes a Flash Player 6 for the PocketPC...

Note: Cool tip, fyiguy! One reminder - doing this is NOT supported by Microsoft or Macromedia. You are basically "on your own"...

I have a H3850, it worked. :D
