Why not !? There aren't many calculations on first look (graphics i mean). I don't think 33MHz or even 20MHz PALM can't run this game properly.
The first version of UnderQuest runs on CASIO PocketViewer (2MB, 20MHz V30 CPU - compatible with i80186), which is fast as PALM :
