Um, I think that the battery conditioning is supposed to be done for a reason. :wink:

Actually, nickel-cadmium batteries (Ni-Cds) have a memory and they need to be drained regularly.

Lithium-ion batteries don't have this problem. And it's recommended that they not be drained fully.

I'm not sure about other PDA's, but my Ipaq has a lithium-ion battery. I would assume that most devices has Li-Ion now.

So, Village_Ideot the answer is no.
