Overclocking an XScale?

I know that this is really soon to ask this, but how high do you think an XScale can be overclocked? Feel free to share any info you may have learned.

I heard 700+, possibly 1ghz. But that was just on these forums and I dunno about the credibility of the source.
Unfortunately, I hadn't heard about these new PPC's coming out when I bought my 3835/3850 :-( oh well . . . I guess I'm stuck with 206mhz (230 something at most if I overclock)

The ability to run at 1 ghz doesn't necessarely mean it actually runs faster. Theoretically it should be able to do 1 biljon instructions per second, in practice it will probably not reach such a speed due to memory bandwith being to low.
