You can use the free, shareware version of format your storage card. Just start DEXplor, tap-hold on the storage card and select "Format Storage Card".

Download (Shareware) and check the storage card or format it again.

DEXplor is great, but it lacks in-depth storage card functions.

Delete these remnants wherever they show up. Another housekeeping thing is to comb throught he Window's Registry on your device for the all-too-common garbage which doesn't get deleted after your System delete lamely deletes programs.
If you know of a better system for cleaning up the uneeded files left behind on every instal/deletion, let me know, so far I haven't found anything reliable other than manual pick and choose trashing.
