You can ajust the glyphcache to let graphics load quicker, and you can do a few other things to speed up Windows CE like turning off windows animations. But, it will not make your PPC much faster. If you really want to speed up your PPC, then be sure to not use GUI inhancements like Animated Today, Dashboard, Pocket Facelift, ColorMe, ect. All they do is constantly eat processor speed and memory up. It's also a good idea to soft reset every week. Also, be sure to install programs to a storage card and leave as much main memory for program memory as possible. If you do all that, you will notice that Windows CE (the Pocket PC OS) and all your programs will run much faster. Here is some links to Windows CE registry hacks:
