VirtualDub only saves DivX avi files. You'll need FlaskMPEG to encode MPEG files. Download PocketDivX (it plays DivX AVI files) for your PocketPC, I kind of think it's better than PocketTV anyway. And it's free, unlike PocketTV (Atleast their "enterprise" edition).

I have a casio e-125 so WMP plays ok, but for some reason pocket divx always works really wierd, the video will play, but there's all this crap on the screen it looks really wierd...anyway is there any encoders that convert to mpeg-4?

Yes. Works here.

As for my music videos, 112kbit audio, 75-100 kbit video, and decimate the FPS by 2. That screen corruption happened to me, on an iPaq 3600, I downloaded the latest build, and I think I tried a different one.

Don't think there are any MPEG4 decoders for PocketPC though. I have some hacked MPEG4 codec here, I killed off most of it as it was causing problems with DivX and MPEG2 so I can't say if you can encode with it.
