Noob Q: How to decrease DivX size?

Hey, I just went through Acclon's guide, and I'm a very happy camper indeed! 8) That thing is damn well written if even a noob to DivX like me can get it to work. Kudos!

Having pretty much no idea which VirtualDub settings will result in a lower file size, I put the question to you guys.

1. The fact that I set DivX encoding to 1 pass instead of 2 passes will result in a lower quality, but will take less time to encode, correct? How about final file size?

2. Just about how much smaller will the file size get if I decreased the 200 kbps setting by 10% - i.e., is 200 kbps is the lowest recommended setting?

3. Any other tips?

I can live with jaggies and compression artifacts. I have a 128 meg SD card with about 70 megs free - the rest I need for apps installed for work. Is it reasonable that I want a 90 minute movie crammed into this space?

Thanks!

You can just send me the settings configuration your used to encode the file, because I have all of the original SVCD quality episodes on my computer.
