Check out the Windows Media player video. It gives instructions on how to set WMP to play a wider range of files. You might have encoded the files oddly enough the WMP for Pocket PC to flip out. Give it a shot.

w00t, Noir kicks ass.... I was kind of disappointed with the ending though. These stupid very cool anime cartoons that only run for 26 episodes and just end. ARGH! But 14 MB's an episode?! That's amazing!
