You can't.
Well, you CAN buy a USB PC Card, but that won't help because you'd need drivers and nobody makes drivers for the PocketPC.
So... You can't.

yeah, the only ppc with usb host is the casio e-200 (using the cradle or a pc card adaptor i think) and i think there are hardly any drivers for it anyway.
