Funny...i don't have that button problem...any who the jornada 568 is a great unit. Although it doesnt have the amount of accesories that the compaq has it does have a built in cf1 slot and a sexy keyboard. i would sugjest the 567 over the 568 because it is cheaper. the only differnce between the two units are the software the is included. the 568 has two more programs then the 567 but one of them is absolutly pointless. you can see them at the programs are:
CodeWallet Pro (semi usefull for storing passwords)
And
AccessPanel (stupid idea, i hate it)
thats the run down.

The Jornada is a good device for starting out. If you're going to be playing a lot of games, then I'd look at a toshiba though. The D-Pad's on those are niiice. If you buy one, go to comp usa or best buy, and get an extended warranty on it through the store. Before buying it, ask them "Now, I'll be covered if there's any dust under the screen, correct?". If they say no, give the bot back to them and go to another store. If they say yes, I'd have them write that down on a peice of paper that has the stores header on it, that way when they try to refuse you an exchange (and believe me, they'll try), you've got proof that you were told this. Dust was the biggest issue with the jornadas, and the two of them I owned both had that problem. I would have saved a lot of grief if I would have asked them that one question.
