Hrmm... no idea what the problem could be. But did you KEEP your old version of ActiveSync, or did you completely UNINSTALL it first and install the latest version? Try uninstalling ActiveSync, restart, then install ActiveSync again.

I had the same problem with my E-125 once... Had to hard-reset the device =(.
