We are now looking for an artist for snails work.

This artist would be drawing space-related looking drawings. You'd work on your computer in your free time, and work closely with the Snails Team and our executive music producer, Jayson "Jaybot" Surgine.

He's working on that isometric shooter with Dan, isn't he?

Randall just doesn't feel like working on the new pack I'm working on, or something like that.

I am still involved with Snails, but combined with Varium, I just don't have the time to dedicate to another project. Besides, I would like to see the direction that another team can take this.

It should be noted that this isn't "an official Snails team project". It is basically a mod for Snails. Keep in mind that many companies started out by modding a game (Half-life/VALVe started out as a simple Quake mod)

Isn't or wasn't Trauts doing an expansion pack also? If so, is he still doing it?

Trauts, sadly, has as well as died.

He has a love life now, which is not going the way he planned, and all I can hope for him is that he doesn't kill himself.

Everyone's depressed these days. Me, NyIll was but he's back on his feet and in style, Trauts... everyone else, too. Matt is 24/7/365 depressed since about 2 years ago... *sigh*

You know what always makes me feel better when I'm depressed? Jumping headlong into a cold, "brisk" swimming pool (or any body of water, for that matter).
