Windows Media PROBLEM!!! What goes??

I click on WMP and on the start bar it flashes Windows Media Player and then it just disapears and wont open??? Whats going on? I want to listen to my music but I CANT!!!! I had this exact same thing happen on my Jornada...How can it be fixed other then a Hard Reset???

Ya, my WMP on my PPC does funky stuff too. I just use PocketDIVX, but I never listen to music on my PPC anyway... I should have just gotten a Palm, as PIMing and AvantGo is all I use my PPC for :/

Ogg vorbis is a music format meant to be open (aka no legal restrictions) and better than MP3. Check out info on it here:

It's better and PocketDivX is the only PocketPC player that supports that format that I know of.

dami, did you try version .8l of pocketdivx? it has some faster ogg code which might help you with your skips. your sh3 might be borderlined on cpu power required, but .8l has ogg cpu power on the same level as mp3.

Hockey, you may have to do a hard reset altogether. No backups.
