(new) Large icons support (up to 64x64 pixels).
(new) True color icons support.
(new) Internal palette editor.

Cool. Perhaps you could redo the UI a bit, ie there's no need to have the color pallete up at all times, and use submenus to access related tools, ie the rectangle and filled rectangle, and other shapes.
