There has been no word yet, really. I don't know if HP is going to spend a lot of time developing sleeves and expansions for it's low end device.

why u want a CF sleeve? CF cards are fat, CF sleeve's are fater!. You will remove all the kindness to the smallest PPC to date

I can see why he would want a CF sleeve since the rest of the ipaq line has a sleeve. Though if it were me I would have bought a PDA with a CF slot built into it which is still smaller than the 1910 with a CF sleeve.

Also with the CF slot there are many add-ons that use this type of slot and if there are some that use the sd/mmc slot I am not aware of them.

Does the iPaq H1910 even have a serial sleeve connection slot like the other line of iPaqs do? If so then this would be a strong indication that sleeves are in development for it.

Hmm... I havent checked that out, I dont actually own one yet. One of the guys at best buy said they were told to be on the lookout for something like it and I was wondering if there was any truth to that. If so I can still have my wifi and a super mini ppc if wifi isnt needed. Ill probably only use Wifi around my collage campus so any extra bulk is no big deal at all.


Edit: My ppc is sort of on the fritz and I have a best buy warrenty. They will probably replace my jornada with the 1910 and thats why I want to know. I could pay the difference for an upgrade, but I am not sure which one I would want then.

An SD Wifi card is coming out sometime in March I hear.
