Well, both have button problems. The H3630 only supports one button press at a time, while the e310 has a button delay. Other than that, both probably are about the same; the e310, though, has a nice advantage since it has an SD card slot built-in (you're going to need extra memeory for any serious gaming, 32 megs just doesn't cut it) while the 3630 needs a bulky CF expansion pack.
Why choose those, though? There are plenty good new PPC's out there that are better than those and are fairly inexpensive. Consider the Dell Axim, for example.

well its my birthday soon i only got about 120 pound at most.
and my mum and dad think its waste of time buying one.... so they wont go any more than that
so i gotta go with one of them (of ebay) and dell isnt out in uk. and it will be very pricey cos uk just sucks for that sort of thing
and they wont let me get one from us on ebay. ":/
if there was one for $180and free shipping they would get me it but there inst i dont think so im out of luck :(

I would save up some more, check out
www.totalpda.co.uk, i got my ipaq 3800 from there they sell new and refurbished ppc's
