resolution is not as big a factor in video size as is the bitrate of the video and audio. The lower the bitrate is the smaller the video will be, but the lower the quality will be, also. It's very feasible to encode movies to be anywhere from less than 1 to 3 MBs per minute. 3MB would be very high quality, any more than that and the average PPC could not handle smooth playback. That would be with a video bitrate of around 275kbps. 1MB per minute would be around 125kbps. To save on file size I always keep my audio bitrate below 64kbps and convert it to a mono track (since the PPC's speaker is mono anyway, it doesn't matter unless you listen through headphones.)
