Did you do anything special to get it working? Never worked on my 3850, head the same from others, and now it dosn't work on my 3950.

Nope, I just installed it and it worked fine. Which ROM version are you using?

On the 3850 I was using 1.15, on the 3950 I'm use 1.0.

PocketWolf's latest version is 0.2, released on December 4th of the year 2001. Try again...
