In testing for the Mini-Manual, I found that DOTT crashes in the opening sequence (occurs just after the bird flies over the water and falls downward) with a 'SCUMMVM error, costume 3 not in room 2, 126128+177818'.
This is in the 112602 build using a Casio EM500-mips.
FYI: you can use skip to get past it of course.
