Setting Keys?

Hi there, I'm using a Toshiba e335, and am trying to set keys to right-click in Sam and Max. I go to "Options," then "Keys." I use the "+" and "-" buttons to find "Right-click," but I can't find a way to change the "Not mapped" right next to it. What am I doing wrong?
