Monkey Island save from PC to pocket pc?

Is there any way to get a PC Monkey Island 1 saved game to work with Monkey Island 1 running in pocketscumm?

if it's the same ScummVM version, it should be OK to just upload the saved state (.s?? file) to your PPC in the game directory
