Does sou2mp3 support samnmax files without speech?

I have an old version of samnmax, but it's in my native languaje, the problem is that it has no voice, just in the intro, the rest are sound effects, and the sou2mp3 doesn't convert the file, it sais it has finished succesfully, but it creates a 0 bytes mp3 and a 1k so3 files. Doesn't sou2mp3 support this files?

if it's a small file (which should be the case as it'll be a floppy version), you can put it as is
