no , it works perfect. but the music is so loud i that i almost cant hear the voices (but they works)

I think the sfx / music volumes are game-specific because they are specific in the scummvm.ini.

--> edit your scummvm.ini

Below is an example of SamnMax, because i haven't installed Simon on my PPC.
You would have to fiddle around with sfx_volume and music_volume, range is from 0-255.

If you haven't figured your problem out yet:

The Mini-Manual now has full instructions for Simon 1&2 including compressing the files.

I can't tell from the info you gave why you're not getting sound, but the instructions in the manual have been fully tested and should work.
