would this be possible for pocket scumm

I have played this and it is actually a pretty good remake

My question is this port possible to add to pocketscumm so we can play this on our pocket pc's?

No, because the system used to implement the game (AGS) is not open source. See http://drevil.warpcore.org/ags/faq.html
