I asked Andy for this long ago and got setup with a nice build from Arisme and yes it does run, you may find the binary on this forum if you look over the posts from Mid-Jan to Mid-Feb.
However neither Full Throttle or The Dig will play properly, they lack a VAST amount of coding support and no video sequences will work + some key game datafiles still need to be coded and called properly.
I'd expect to see a more playable version of the source that'd be worth doing after the summer and getting better toward 2003. Remember that titles such as Sam&Max still can't be completed, it takes ages to do.
