What should be the names of game sub-folders?

Yeah what do you name the sub folders? i named mine monkey, monkey2, atlantis, and tentacle, and none of them are detected during the scan. In my opinion you should just take that out and have it the old way (much easier :P)

oops ... if it's working properly you can name your folders as you like as the detection is using the games file names !

I'll add some debug flags to see what's going on

what's the model of your Pocket PC and the language of your OS ?

OK, nothing special with the language

can you try the debug build (which will display nice messageboxes when going through the directories) and tell me if it looks correct ?

ok it detects the games but they dont show up on the list. All that happens is a box comes up that says current then storagecard/pocketscumm/gamefolder/ then i hit ok and it does this with everygame then exits back to the selection menu without the games listed.

I have updated the debug binaries to display the tests that are done - can you re-download a build and check that the files are correct (with a good name, properly formatted with \ and not /, without garbage at the end ...)

ok that build didnt work either. It detected the first game but it just gave me a bunch of garbled letters and numbers for the rest, and the games are still not showing up on the list. I have msn its mikesk8er69@hotmail.com im me i dont talk that much :)

Wait! I did get a match file message! it just got overlapped and somthing else on my ppc froze. Ok what do i do now? It just keeps saying checking file then brings that box up.
