Sam and Max Speech

Hi!
Ive just started playing sam&max on my 3850. i works really great! the voice works great too (the so3 file is only 35 megs!) but theres a small problem. the game use speech and text...but the speech stops until the text is gone. is there a way to disable the text?

you could go to the next dialog with the "skip" button on previous builds, but I forgot to commit it on this build the true solution is to achieve a better synch between speech & text anyway ...

Actually, I deliberatly removed it..

There's a special key in most games for skipping dialog (VAR_TALKSTOP_KEY, usually defined to . on a PC keyboard)... it would be better if you simply redefine a key to this for the PPC build.


Anyway, there's also the -n commandline switch (sets _noSubtitles to true) for disabling text with speech.

well, don't you like the possibility to skip either a cutscene or a long dialog with the same toolbar button ?
