Why does Snails Promote:

The game crashes or does not work as touted above...

When can we expect a working TCP/IP model?

Will there be an online lobby? Who am I suppose to play with...myself?

Can I get my money back? I paid for a multi-player game over TCP/IP, which I did not get.

It clearly said multiplayer over TCP/IP. That doesn't mean it's going to have a lobby (but nonetheless, the lobby feature is coming) It is also a BETA, which means INCOMPLETE, or BUGGY, which it is, as you stated.

You can't return online software purchases either. You should've been looking into what you buy more.
