I emailed peter maybe 3 times, and it's been over 2 weeks without a response. Everyone on the board seems to ignore my plea for help. I purchased snails over a year ago, and I have lost my reg code. I have the first few digits as displayed in the game UI, but I dont have the last digits. My name is DJ Brookshire and my email is biodude@bellsouth.net.

1) There's no way we can help you.
2) Make sure you are e-mailing pbalogh@pdamill.com and not any of his other e-mail addresses.
3) Look for one of his posts, he has instant messanger. IM him.

I think the forum does a pretty good job of support, unless you mean just for reg codes, etc.
