I guess I'll make a sticky post for those who are too lazy to read.
This is all a combination of issues:
Handango ran out of reg codes, thats correct, therefore they had no way of giving any to anyone several days ago (however, they forgot to email any of the developers about the issue... so I was the first to know from reading the forum, go fig) This issue has been resolved for any new purchases, however, those that were made while Handango was out of reg codes, need to contact peter at pbalogh@pdamill.com and explain the situation, and it will be resolved within a few days.
If you have contacted peter at this (pdamill) address, do it again just in case. If you haven't do it.
If you have contacted support or anything having to do with syntact don't do it anymore and email the pdamill addy i just showed you above. (see below)
snailsgame.com is down, as the server it was on, ce.syntact.fi is gone and everything is being moved/replaced onto the pdamill server; which is a major pain (for you and we both) and we can do nothing but apologize and blame random people (like that damn dump truck outside.. why do they have to be so loud?!)
syntact is no longer affiliated with snails and they smell odd. therefore syntact basically no longer exists (except for the lingering odor). so don't contact them, their website, their uncles, or anyone related to syntact regarding snails. if you do, you might as well, be reporting an error to that brick wall over there.
finally, don't directly contact andie, randall, ryan, or I regarding anything to do with technical issues on snails; we have little to no control over issues like these so it wont accomplish much.
and most importantly, i've been up for a few hours and i'm hungry; i think i should go get some lunch.
